Description of ZGiRLS Founded by DISC pros Jilyne Jarvis and Libby Ludlow, ZGiRLS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping middle school girls with the mental tools and strategies they need to increase their confidence and self-esteem, while also overcoming self-doubt, fear, and insecurities. Every program is led by an Olympic and professional female athlete, providing the girls with life-changing mentorship and guidance. With over 80% of participants receiving scholarships to be in the program, every donation directly supports making ZGiRLS' vital mental health programming free and accessible to girls and families that need it the most.
